The only guideline is adaptability to the year and the resulting wine, so that
each vintage expresses its own character and personality.

All these steps have logically led to the organic certification of the estate for the 2023 harvest.

THE DOMAIN

Grandson of a winegrower, born in 1988 in the Marne Valley, home of this grape variety that remained in the shadows for a long time, Pinot Meunier.

Established in 2010, the estate is made up of a single hectare. Located to the west of Champagne, in Azy sur Marne. The vineyard plots are located right next door in the village of Bonneil. These two villages form a natural amphitheater with a southern exposure.
